How to Join

The FIT Project, powered by Basecamp, helps families get healthier together. This free six-month wellness program is offered to families with children under the age of 18 through Providence Heart Institute’s Basecamp Prevention + Wellness programming. It’s a way to bring families together who share a similar goal of developing a healthier lifestyle. Families are taught sustainable skills centered around exercise, nutrition and overall wellness. The most unique element of the program is that a family unit participates together throughout the 6-months; learning about nutrition as a family and even exercising as a family.
You can self-refer your family or request that your pediatrician submit a referral. This program is open to all families in our community with children under the age of 18.
